To clarify - I don't want to be provided with a direct link, I would like to know how I get to the page via 'My eBay'. eBay states "Go to the Block bidders or buyers from your listings page" but doesn't say where that actually is precisely.
Can anyone please oblige?

If using the seller hub one of the options in Short Cuts is "Block Bidders", that takes you to the BBL.
I also have it in my "Bookmarks".
There is always of course Help & Contact, just enter the subject.
