Dear ebay Support

I'm happy that nectar support sent me the nectar card.
But I was sad when I saw that on my ebay, I did not see my nectar accont. Disappeared.
Why. Where are my points on ebay?

I do not know what happened. But my account account disappeared.
Please help. what I do now.
