Can someone tell me why I've had a warning off eBay please as I'm not sure what I'm supposed to have done. Thank you

You had an item for sale and then ended the listing early without a sale through ebay.

ebay are fed up with people advertising on their site then ending listings to sell outside ebay to avoid paying the fees.
