Weird message in my eBay - answer found

I just tried to delete something from my watch list. It refused to delete it but then when I succeeded I got a message saying: "Congratulations! You just listed Spam and Eggs from the Cow's Perspective". I checked my listings and there's nothing there.

Have I been hacked?

Has eBay been hacked?

All answers gratefully received.

(Just did a global Google search and found this happens from time to time. It's either a bug or a piece of mischievous code. Sigh)

First thing to do is to change your password.

I cant see anything on your account but you should run a virus malware checks

Keep a close look on your account

Where did you receive the message 

All ebay messages come through your messages on your ebay page

if just to your personal email address then it will be a phissing email

Dont click on any links

Thank you. It was an error message that appeared on my watch list after I deleted an item.

I googled the problem and it seems to be a bug on the site. There is no sign that my account was compromised.
