I tried to print a postage label for an item I want to ship using the Global Priority Shipping Programme. The item has a volumetric weight of 5kg. When I tried to pay for postage to the eBay postage centre, I got the following error message: Weight is over maximum limit for all shipping services, or no shipping service is available now.
However I had selected Parcelforce 48 as the shipping service I wanted to use and I know that they ship items up to 30kg.
Please can you advise me what to do?
