Hi whoever is out there.
I'm writing this, as it's not obvious to me, where to report an issue with the web site.
I'm in the process of selling a few things, and here is the oversight with the design of the My eBay->Selling Page.
Potential bidder asks a question, this flags up a little red box on the item listing, displaying a red "Unanswerd Question" notification.
I, the seller, respond with asnwers, the bidder then responds with a polite 'Thank you' at which point the "Unanswered Question" pops up again and so this continues.
Deleating the polite response does not make this go away, infact, it appears to have increased the count by 1.
So if any web developer out there, who maintains the eBay portal should chance upon this posting, I have two suggestions.
1. Add a way of resolving the anoying paradox, aluded to above.
2. Add an obvious way, that even a lowly Sofware Engineer, such as I, may report a bug.
If not, well, I did what I could to help.

there is an 'mark as answered' link next to the item on your selling page, use it to mark the question as answered.
