Want to get the refund

Dear Sir,

I have bought an item a long time ago. It was on the 23 Dec 2016. I waited a long time and I tried to contact with the seller these few days after I open a request. but I didn't get any responses. This business is not very good and happy to deal with. I wish to get refund soon.

If you opened a "non receipt" case then you need to escalate the case in the resolution centre after 8 days. You need to do this now if you did not as you are almost out of time.  If you do not escalate nothing will happen and you will lose the case never to get another chance
