WIN Samsung galaxy or iPhone SCAM!!!!

Absolutely shocking that a multibillion pounds company like eBay cant protects its buyers from scams!!! 

An email appearing on the top of my ebay page saying I have won a Samsung galaxy or iPhone if I pay them £2 postage fee. I just can't belive it this could happne on ebay's website.

And of course, you can't contact eBay security as their site is down. What is going on guys?

Another poster reports that it leads to a monthly payment of £50!  EBay cannot check everything and relies on honest sellers and reporting by members

Basically eBay's AI can't detect scam advertisers but it can track what I am interested in. Interesting.
