Void postage refunds

I cancelled 2 postage labels on 20th December and still have not received any refund - it is now over a month.  Anyone else having problems with this?

Why not take it up with whoever supplies the service.?If that is not possible then it means to me that it is a service you should not use.

This is postage that is bought through Ebay and voided through Ebay. You cannot then go through to the 'supplier' ( who in this instance was Royal Mail) because you didn't buy it directly with them. There is no way to actually do this anyway!
