Viewing of Item

Hi, I believe it is against ebay rules to supply contact information.

I have an interested party that wants to view the scooter arm, I tried contact wth details address home number, but it says it is against ebay rules.

The buyer will purchase the item through ebay once he has viewed, how do we get round contact information?

Surely he does not have to purchase the item before he views it?

He cannot view before purchase.    There will be a picture [or lots] and you should describe every item that you list to the n th degree.  Dimensions, serial numbers, dimensions, condition and so on.  

That should help. 

Also saying "sold as seen" is meaningless for that very reason - he has not seen it before buying.
