I warmly welcome.
A few months ago I received from you upgrade my account on ebay
I could sell up to 200 of items per month.
Now I can't, and are there any restrictions on where it wasn't
Because I took advantage of your offer with a reduction to 75%?
After accepting this offer my upgrade is no longer valid
Why?
Please help.

You need to upgrade your account to a business one, you are currently trading illegally.
A private seller is one who is selling off their own personal possessions, such as the contents of their loft/wardrobe/garage etc. They do not have miltuples of brand new items.
To upgrade, click on the Help & Conatct tab. top left, and type in 'register business'. It takes minutes, and does not affect any of your current live listings.
You are not entitled to use the 75% off FVF promo.
