I have been charged 2.50 listing upgrade fee that I accidentally redrafted but then deleted without listing. The upgrade I believe was for resisting which never happend. Does anyone know if I can should claim back this money.

£2.50 is the upgrade fee for adding gallery plus photos to your listing for 6 history volumes.
