Unusual email from ebay???

I have just recieved this email but don't rmrmber doing what ist says but am cautious about just pressing contact us button as instructed. Email says following:

Genuine messages from ebay will also be in messages. Surely though the first place you should look is at your ACCOUNT, to see if your phone number has been changed. You must know whether you have changed your phone number recently.

If it has you must contact ebay immediately, if it hasn't forward the email to spoof@ebay.com

I have looked at account and checked telephone details no change also no duplicate of message in my Ebay account inbox  so will take you advice and use spoof email app. Thank you

If there is no message in eBay messages, it's a phishing email, forward it to spoof@ebay.com
