Unresponsive Seller

I messaged a seller asking if they combined P&P - they did not reply. I messaged them after I had won 2 CD's from them asking for an invoice - no reply. I messaged them again to ask why they had not replied - no reply.

Now I have have unpaid item cases opened because I have not paid.

Unless seller confirms they combine P&P before you bid, you have to pay in full.

If you don't pay now cases are opened, you will get 1 strike for each case, 

2 strikes in 12 months can restrict your buying, so these 2 will do it.

Most sellers will combine P&P, but don't have to.

The seller did not reply and did not seem to want to combine postage

It is up to them and they do not have to combine and did not offer that service on their listing

It would have been sensible not to buy if the seller was not responding

If you dont pay then you will have to accept the non payment strikes

Yes?  The seller does not have to combine postage and you must simply pay for both or you will get two defects which will restrict your ability to buy on eBay.

Some sellers will have the items packed and for others it's just too much trouble to combine and to answer all those messages
