Is it just me or do others get frustrated when people don't pay for there items ?
You open a case but can someone really tell me what happens ? Is it even worth opening a case ?
You don't open a case any more, you use eBay's new cancallation procedure for unpaid items. This is much quicker and better for the seller, and the buyer still receives an unpaud item strike (although it is called somethng different).
