I waited 16 days for payment for an item as the buyer had problems then opened a case as she ignored reminders, now shes refusing to pay and being rude and doesn't think she has done anything wrong

Just ignore them.

Add their ID to your blocked bidder list:

Close the case once it has been open for 4 full days.

and set your Buyer Requirements to block bidders with 2+ strikes in last 12 months:

Will do thanks for the advice, bit upset tbh as I've had 4 unpaid items this month and the one woman said I was harassing her asking for payment after 2 wks lol. Also I didn't know I could block anyone so thanks again - I will try my best not to take it personally from now on -) xx

Did you Open an Unpaid Item Case?  Close it, your Fees will be Refunded, neither of you can leave Feedback.  The Non Payer will receive a Strike on their Account.
