Unpaid item strike after collection

I have paid on collection for an item recorded as unpaid

Are you certain you have been given a "strike/defect".  For that to have happened the seller would had to have opened a case and closed after 4 days though some have an automatic assistant.

If the payment is not made within two days eBay starts to "nag" in slightly terse tones but this is not a strike.

Seller needs to Mark your Purchase as Paid and Dispatched from More Actions to the right of the Sold Item. .
