Unpaid Item Case

Hello, I'm having some trouble with a unpaid item that I can't do anything about.. It's under "comitted to buy", but there is no postage set and it won't ship to my country (norway).

And now there's an "unpaid item case" filed against me or something of that nature, but the seller won't respond to any of my messages or when I "request total" at them.

Anyone know what can be done or will this just end it self eventually?

You should have checked to see if the seller shipped to your country before bidding / buying.

The seller will have opened an unpaid case to get back their fees.

Nothing you can do now.

1 strike won't hurt but any more and most Sellers will block you for 12 months.

Well usually it stops before it commits to buy, it just says it "doesn't ship to your adress" and that's it. I haven't paid for anything yet and the seller hasn't shipped anything, so I don't understand what fees they should want back. And since he hasn't replied to any messages or "request total"'s I figured it's stuck in some checkout limbo... Oh well. Thanks for the reply.

Sellers are charged straight away, so they want their eBay fees back.
You must be committed to buy or the seller wouldn't have been able to open an unpaid case.
