Buyer left negative feedback after the item she bought arrived and it wasn't made of metal only plastic All these parts are genuine and are all made from plastic she just assumed it was metal and bought without checking first. Nowhere in my listing do I mention the word metal.
The feedback she left makes it look like I was trying to defraud her.

Having taken a look at the listing from the pics you included it looks metallic to me, it's shiny.
Your listing doesn't say what it's made of so the buyer has gone by what they see in the pics.
