I have received negative feedback for simply asking a buyer to leave feedback for a purchase or to let me know they have received their item. I tend to send a polite reminder once a week (it is a very polite reminder) for a few weeks then let it go. This buyers negative feedback is quite scathing - it says I have pestered and harassed them constantly and will give propsective buyers the wrong impression of my selling performance. Is there anyway I can get it removed other than pleading witht he buyer?
not for the first time a seller has discovered the dangers of chasing feedback - never chase it as it's voluntary and you might [did] get the type you do not want.
