Uncontrollable clearance delay

I have sold a sports watch and it has been sent through international global shipping. It was initially sent on the 12th February and is stuck abroad due to uncontrollable clearance delay. PayPal have put a hold on the payment until the buyer receives but it is consistently in this clearance delay! Can anyone advise where I go with this issue. I’ve had a read and apparently once it has left the UK my end of the deal is done but the problem is PayPal continue to have a hold on the money! Help

You are not responsible for items that are lost after they leave the hub

As a new or infrequent  seller your money will be on the 21 days hold for all new of infrequent sellers

If you add tracking or the 16 digit code to your item when you post it and mark as Dispatched by going to More actions to the right of the item and the buyer leaves feedback then you may get your money earlier.

Possibly  after 5-7 days

As long as it shows as Delivered to the hub in Lichfield then your money should be released after the 21 days

If the money is still on hold and it is after that  then phone paypal and ask them to release the money.

If you are going to use the GSP then you need to read the policy

Did you add the Tracking Number into Dispatch when you Posted to the Staffordshire Hub?
