Unanswered questions notification

Everytime a buyer messages regarding an item it is marked as an unanswered question. Even after responding to the message bthe notification remains with no way of removing it either on a pc or on the eBay app.

use the drop down menu next to the item on the seller hub and mark it as question answered

I have tried countless times to see this option and it definitely doesn't exist.

Edit: never heard of the Seller hub. After activating all became clear.

it definitely DOES exist!

go to the seller hub overview page

go to the listings section and choose :- with questions

use the drop down and mark it as answered
