I notice e bay mobile app now times out when attempting to contact the buyer via e bay app.
There is a similar issue when checking your own profile or feedback with time out issues.
To be honest the app seems to be running at half pace since the new selling dashboard was rolled out on pc version.
I opted out of the new seller layout as it was taking me 2-3 as long to relist and perform simple procedures.
Poor performance all round if it's not broke don't try and fix it.
Seems to have had an impact on the mobile version.
Becoming more difficult to list and sell through phone and desktop.
Buying seems unaffected So glad e bay have prioritised the buyers over the sellers again.
Hope this reaches someone who can fix it.
