Unable to list - sent to page "ebay.com/n/error" (asking for a friend, not this id)

Backstory: An account not used for a while was offered three free listings. So, naturally thought I'd go for it.

Part way through the third listing my account was frozen because eBay decided my account had been hacked. After much hoop jumping the account was freed up and I could list again, but...

Created a listing (on .co.uk), hit the ‘List with displayed fees’ button and end up with a pic of a kid in an anorak on page ebay.com/n/error.

I have tried turning it off and on again.

I have tried from two different browsers.

I have cleared cookies and history.

I have tried a listing from scratch and one from a saved draft.

I have tried all combinations of the above.

Surely eBay can manage a better error message than the above?

Any advice welcomed.

It's been like this for over a week  now 😞
