Hi, I have an item where I can't leave feedback despite receiving feedback from the buyer, when I try to give feedback I get the message "We ran into a problem saving your feedback. Please close the page and try again" which I have tried dozens of times. All of my other sales I can leave feedback fine,
has anyone else had this issue and can it be resolved. Thanks.
