DO NOT HAVE SUGGESTED FORMS OF PHOTO I.D.
WILL NOT EXCEPT PHOTO'S OF PAPER LICENCE.P60 TAX FORM OR COUNCIL TAX STATEMENT.
WHAT IS EXCEPTABLE TO PROVE WHO I AM TO E-BAY AND GET TO THEM TO EXCEPT MY BANK ACCOUNT AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS.THIS PROBLEM (AFTER BEING ON E-BAY FOR OVER 17 YEARS) HAS ONLY OCCURRED SINCE THE INTRODUCTION OF MANAGED PAYMENTS.
