Trying to sell an item but constantly being asked to add bank account details

Yesterday I added my first listing in a long time. Before I could make it live I had to add my bank account details. I did this and it went through OK.

I'm trying again today and it's asking for my bacnk account details again. I fill them out again and try to complete it but it takes me back to the page that asks be to add account details. If I select the option to continue listing instead, it takes me back to the same page.

I've tried this on my Android mobile with chrome, also on my Windows 10 laptop in Chrome and MS Edge.

Am I doing anyting wrong or is this a bug in the process?

I think that you must be out of touch. 

According to your listing you are on Managed Payments, which requires your bank details as payments no longer go through Paypal.

I have no idea what you have done so far, BUT ebay has to verify that you are the owner of your  ebay account and Bank Account, so that sales money from your items goes to the correct persons bank account.

The requests for Bank Details I suspect are not adequate and unless you are already using Managed Payments then it sounds as though ebay require more information.

Ifthis is the case as part of the verification ebay send two micro payments (2p & 3p for example) to your bank account and you then have to supply these amounts back to ebay as proof that you have access to the Bank account. When you fill in Bank Details is there any request to enter these amounts?

At no point has ebay asked for the micro amounts you mention. When I select the option to post my new listing live, I'm asked for the bank account details (name, account number, sort code). When I submit the information it says my details have been updated and to enter my bank account details again or skip and continue to my listing. If I select the option to enter back account details I'm asked for the same information again. If I go with the continue to the listing I'm taken to the same page again. I'm not able to make my new listing go live. The only thing I can think of is my first listing on Friday which went through OK is waiting for delivery and to then release the funds. At the moment I'm a little stuck. I'll try again tomorrow morning.
