Transaction interference

Buyer has offered to pay more than my list price +pp if i send next day as they are going away. Is this legitimate if not do i report it to ebay. I think its not legit because of the time of night i was contacted with query and it seema to good yo be true.

Are they UK Based, you only Post to UK. No I haven't heard of any Buyer who offers more money. Is very off the Wall.

I have searched for a seller with the information that i found on the email i received as that is all the information i have and it comes up with nothing. I have just completed a chat online with ebay which was not very helpful. And seemed to contradict its self. Eg. What i recommend is if you dont feel safe about transaction do not go ahead. I then asked if i block them can they give me bad feedback . They said rest assured if you decide to go ahead with transaction As long as transaction made on ebay we got you covered. I then reworded my question for clarity. If i block them and do not respond can they give damage my feedback in anyway. Ebay replied. Its a possibility if you want to avoid that push throught the transaction and if thongs go wrong file a necessary case. If they leave bad feedback go to and they attach a link for removal feedback.i asked how do i block them if i cant find them on ebay as the only info i have is not giving me results when i search for seller. They sent me a link on how to block a buyer.end chat.
