They charged me twice

Hello there, yesterday night, I've bought a phone and in my bank statement it shows that I've been charged twice as if I made the transaction two times, but no I did only one transaction. I've had contacted the seller, and I've been told that he only received one payment, and he suggested me to contact with ebay's customers service. I am waiting for an answer. Thank you
