The misuse of the eBay feedback system & feedback extortion

I recently recieve 4 malicous feedbacks from the same buyer . The feedback on all 4 read ....

Records as described but postage unnecessarily excessive as they arbitrarily refused to send 2nd class, rather than 1st, as requested, also refusing to explain why they refused. Poor communications and extremely poor customer service. "

The items were sent next day signed for delivery ( hence good service ) at a cost of £8.00 actual cost £8.37 .

As regards communication , when I contacted the buyer to sort the matter out . I recieved a message if you contact me again  " I will report you to  thePolice " followed by , " if you mention this on other sites I will do you for libel "

eBay deleted 2 of the feedbacks stating ..........

" We've removed the feedback as it does qualify under our removal policies. Please allow up to 72 hours for it to be removed from the feedback page, and thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Yet the other two remain .  Same feedback , same wording , same package , same malicious serial negative  , neutral lever .

After winning the auctions the buyer wanted furher reductions and a service I didn't provide .

Obviously I don't know if I'm dealing with someone with mental health issues or just a nasty little creep trying to destroy people reputations . Any advice greatly appriciated !

You should be able to get ebay to remove buyers comments, as they mentioned combined P&P, which sellers do not have to do.
