The inability to ring E'bay and no 'have us call you tab

Why is E'bay so difficult to make contact with - the sitwe has been totally screwed-up.

I spent two hours yesterday preparing a vehicle sale and then attempted to complete this morning after saving the draft but it has all been obliterated.

you have to use the Help & Contact link and drill down through the options ( there are several layers)

then click on  'contact us' which opens a separate box where you can choose how to contact ebay,

but they won't be able to help with a lost draft, once they are gone there is no way to retrieve them.

No that is not there anymore as an option and the old original contact number gets you absolutely nowhere.
