The 10 minute warning

EBay used to give a 10 minute warning when you were bidding on something ...they don't now ..anyone else notice ...thanks ..in the u.k,

No seriously to answer your question you need to have the option set up in your message prefs - check your My EBay>>Account>>Coomunication preferences 

you'll see the option on there, sometimes it does seem to stop sending for no reason and you have to redo it.
