Had an offer from a buyer in Azerbaijan. It says 'post to TW14 8RS'. I presume this is a freight forwarder. I have never dealt with an overseas buyer before and all my items are listed as 'no international postage'. However, with this situation I presume that I won't be posting overseas but just to the TW address. Is that correct? Are there any issues I should be aware of? The buyer's FB comments are very good - from a range of sellers. I haven't replied to the offer yet. I wanted to ask advice from the community first!! Thank you.
If you google that postcode it show a global logistic firm.
You have to post tracked to buyer's paypal address (may be different to ebay one) to get ebay/paypal protection.
Make sure buyer does this, not just in messages.
You are only liable for UK postage, if buyer complains later that item is not as described, they have to return to UK at their cost.
Freight forwarding is normal & safe.
