Hi, Ebay have suspended my selling due to a 'spike' in my buyers submitting no receipt cases. I had 11 in two weeks, however one of thes e was a buyer who purchased 9 items which were sent together. I expect I hit some kind of threshold.
Obvisouly I want to get my account back, and have replied to the customer service email.
Is this common, what will in need to do to stop it happening again. Ive been on ebay for a long time with 000s of feedback, I cant stop buyers raising compalints, but this just feels a little unfair.
