Stupid Offers

I used to try to respond to all offers even just to say no, but I have become sick of the huge amount of stupid offers. If something is worth say £20 and you get an off of £15 I think ok. But all these stupid and time wasting offers of £2. Anyway to block offers below a certain amount?

I use a PC to list, and the 'advanced/business' listing form.

I have the option to auto decline or auto accept.
