Hi more like year and half I buy something on ebay. I dont recived item So I make case and get back refund from that company. Now i have case in the company.Any one can advise me how i can final this case with out paying for something what probably dont be sended?

If you have bought something you must pay for it. If you do not you may not be able to buy in future.

If it does not arrive then - as before - you open a case and get a refund.
