I have a buyer who has not concluded but my item is not active . They are sending strange and confusing messages. I do not feel safe dealing with them. I am a private ebayer with 100% feedback. They do not have any feedback. What do I do? How do I withdraw? Will I get a bad feedback from them? I do not think that they should be members, how do I complain to ebay?

your item is collection only, so you need to give the buyer your contact details and times for them to collect and pay for the item,
