Strange confusing messages from a buyer.Do not feel safe dealing with them what do I do.

I have a buyer who has not concluded but my item is not active . They are sending strange and confusing messages. I do not feel safe dealing with them. I am a private ebayer with 100% feedback. They do not have any feedback. What do I do? How do I withdraw? Will I get a bad feedback from them? I do not think that they should be members, how do I complain to ebay?

When you say "buyer" have they actually bought?  If they have bought, have they paid? Are they just asking questions? Withdraw from what? If they have bought and paid then you really have no grounds for Cancelling the sale. To do this risks bad feedback, no refund of the selling fee and a defect.

You can block messages, but it requires adding member to your blocked bidders list, and then using the option to block messages, although it will not work if the member has been in a transaction with you recently.

From what you say you have no grounds for complaining to ebay, if confusing was a reason  for reporting then a high % of questions come in that category.

your item is collection only, so you need to give the buyer your contact details and times for them to collect and pay for the item,
