Stopping nuisance member contact requesting feedback change.

I have given deserved negative feedback to a seller who is still pestering me for feedback change even after   the Ebay request for feedback change has been refused. How do I stop this?

unfortunately if the seller knows/knew the rules they can get eBay to remove the neg - so best to just ignore them.
