Sponsored advertisements blocking search results

Hi, as described, I search for something.  Whilst browsing I get to page 3 or 4 and then I can only see approximately 10 sponsored ads and no results.  If I click on highter page numbers in the search the same ads appear.  How to I stop this?

Install adblocker (google them) stops most of this.
