Wot do I do when the buyer is saying thay haven't received there item when I sent it along time ago a nd i got receipt to prove it

You do need a Tracking Number to prove Delivery is there one on your Proof of Postage? Always add it to Dispatch once you have Posted anything to a Buyer.

However Buyers have just 30 days to open an Item Not Received Case with Ebay and 180 Days with PayPal if they did Pay through PayPal.
