Sold items still showing as active

My listed items that have been sold show as both active and sold. Any ideas how I deal with this ... I’ve called and spoken to eBay 3 times now and they’ve failed to take action.

The only way I can remove them from active is to end the listing

sounds like you have the out of stock option turned on,

there is nothing ebay CS can do about that

you have to turn it off yourself

go to:-

my ebay >>> account tab >>> site preferences

you may have to use the full site, not the app
