Sold / Unsold - But were all bids made?!

I know ebay is having a glitch right now. BUT have buyers been able to still place bids during this glitch? Or have my items sold for potentially not as much as they could have bc of this glitch?

buying hasn't been affected, it's just where the listing ends up after the item sells
