Good Afternnon, I sold a sofa on 21st August and put on the listing that collection needed to be done by 21st or 22nd August as I was moving house. Several messages to the buyer with no reply. Moved house and took the sofa with me. I then opened up a unpaid item dispute after about a week, which buyer then paid. I have had no communication from her still and I'm been told to post the sofa. Tried to cancel sale, but have been told I can't as she has paid. Is there a deadline for when they must collect? Thank you
