Smashed Item

I purchased a Spicial Electric Light Bulb for a Outside Light and it had arrived smashed in a 1000 Pieces, the Lamp was badly Packed in a thin layer of bubble wrap and in a thin of card, the issue is the seller want me to return the broken bulb, to a Scottish Address hich is actually Amazon UK, now the probelm is the Post is refusing to accept the return package due to Health and Safety, as it has a broken Bulb. how can I resolve this matter and get my Refund, and is it againstthe E-bay Polocy for a seller to advertise on E-bay something for sale, then order from Amazon UK.

Seller is drop shipping, uses someone else to hold his stock, quite normal,

or maybe he just buys from Amazon & charges you more, some do that.

Open case for not as described, seller should provide returns label, make sure you state it is broken gass, escalate 8 days later.
