Should GSP International Priority Shipping deliver to home address?

I recently bought an item that offered delivery through the Global Shipping Programme with International Priority Shipping. I assumed that this service included delivery to my home address so I was surprised when I got a message from the local shipping company that the package would be delivered to a drop-off point.

I was even more surprised when I got a mail saying that a "delivery attempt" had been made since that is clearly incorrect (the local company had the package marked as "delivery-to-shop" and I was at home at the time of the alleged delivery attempt). 

Hence the questions:

1. Was I wrong in expecting delivery to my home address?

2. Is there any way I can report this experience? I would not like to take it out on the seller who sent the item in good condition exactly as agreed, but I think eBay should specify the expected service better and provide a way to evaluate the delivery experience.

Not having ever seen what address was provide to the seller or GSP,it does seem that it is not unreasonable to epect delivery to your home address.

I suggest you open a case for Not Received, it will then be up to the seller to pass the buck back to GSP who are responsible for delivery.

It does sound like the equivalant of Click & Collect, but not appropriate to GSP.
