Shop Airlines

Buyer bid successfully and paid for antique clock ( listed and described as "for repair and not complete".  Buyer had literally thousands of 100% feedback.  The shipping address was to a warehouse at Heathrow airport, and buyer's name was Shop Airlines.  I looked at their website, it states they are "allied to eBay"and eBay's greatest buyers.  Fine, all checks out, I feel.  I duly shipped clock on Monday this week, 22nd Feb by Hermes.  I expect it to be delivered today, 25th Feb.  

BUT, last night received a message, MC067, from eBay stating this buyer is not registered with them and the listing will be removed and not to communicate etc with this buyer.  Bit late receiving this.  Phoned eBay helpline explaining timeline of warning message was too late.  Chap wasn't really too helpful as to why this buyer was able to buy if not registered buyer, couldn't reassure me this won't happen again.  Anyone else reported this?
