Shipping label purchase issues??

Hello fellow ebayer 

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

I am having a problem when purchasing shipping labels and as a result i am having to copy-paste addresses  on word doc, print out onto labels, then send them out via royal mail, which is a total pain. 

I updated me bank detail a few weeks ago becasue we had to for ebay - but this postage label issue has only been going on for a few days now.

You don't have to go to all this trouble. Write your own labels and use your post office. Failing to use it, when you really need it, then it may have closed.

It can't be such a problem as going by your feedback you only have about one sale a week.
