I am signed into eBay, I can order and pay for items. A couple of days ago I bought an item after making an offer which was accepted by the seller. The item is showing in my purchase history. I want to contact the seller for some info but when I try eBay wants me to sign in - I try but eBay says my password is incorrect. How can this be, especially as I am still signed in. Any help would be great. Many thanks
