hi
I would like to know what protection have i got when sending an item back for replacement .I could send it back and not hear anything .Who pays the return fees.
Talk to your seller before making any sort of return to see what they can do for you.
If it comes to a dispute then depending on the reason the seller may or may not be asked to provide you with a prepaid postage label.
If you are asked to make a return yourself at your own expense then always make sure it is sent via a tracked postal method as without the tracking number you would always lose.
If sending an item back to a seller overseas then buyer is expected to pay the postage as you would be if returning for a change of mind reason to a private seller in the UK.
If the seller is sending a replacement rather than refunding then I would wait for the replacement to arrive before returning.
